March has come and passed. Here and gone in the blink of an eye.

Here at the shop, operations hum along at a steady pace. We’ve received three new beans, Costa Rica, Honduras and El Salvador. Each with its unique blend of tasting notes: Costa Rica summons a lighter, fruity taste, Honduras with  notes of almond, vanilla and toasted toffee, and El Salvador with dark chocolate and dates. Our stock is quite full this month, as many regions become warm enough for harvesting again. 

We prepped the shop for the release of our Spring menu, which is officially live! We saw the return of many of last year's favorites: Orange Creamsicle Soda, White Chocolate Matcha with Lavender Cold Foam, Honey Lavender Lemonade. But don’t let the repetition fool you. We made room for our most exciting Spring menu item, The Pink Dream. If you walked into our coffee shop, it would be no challenge to determine who created this drink. Pink hair, pink outfit and Pink Dream distinguish Lee, the creator, from the rest of our staff. In making the Pink Dream, Lee did something unusual. Soft top, the well known, well loved cream that typically sits on top of your iced drinks was thrown into the mix. Made of equal parts lemonade, coconut milk, and soft top all mixed with strawberry syrup, the Pink Dream lends itself to a creamy, refreshing feel. Truly, Spring in a cup. It’s no April Fools joke when we tell you it’s delicious. But don’t take our word for it, come stop by the shop and try it out for yourself.

Change is in the air! You can now pair your Spring Menu drink with a breakfast sandwich from local food truck Grip 'N Grub! We are currently offering sausage, egg and cheese or bacon, egg and cheese--providing our customers with a delicious new breakfast item.
