March has come and passed. Here and gone in the blink of an eye. Here at the shop, operations hum along at a steady pace. We’ve received three new beans, Costa Rica, Honduras and El Salvador. Each with its unique blend of tasting notes: Costa Rica summons a lighter, fruity taste, Honduras with  notes of almond, vanilla and toasted toffee, and El Salvador with dark chocolate and dates.
